            Moutan ultra-precision vertical shear production line can process the thinnest 0.015m m and the narrowest 0.8mm products. The processing material covers all kinds of metal coils in different states, such as copper, aluminium, nickel, stainless steel, amorphous ribbon, etc. The production line speed is 200 m/min, and the surface will not scratch. Among them, the material strip with thickness of 0.1mm to 0.5mm can reach the fastest 300 m/min and the finished product. Q1:How accurate are your vertical shears?
A1:As for the diameter 70mm tool shaft, the jumping parameters of each position are as follows:

Q2:What is the precision of your finished strip?
A2:Taking the soft pure copper strip with thickness of 0.05 m m and width of 10 mm as an example, its edge burr is less than 0.008 mm and straightness is less than 0.5 mm/m.

Q3:How does your vertical shear line avoid scratches on the surface of the metal strip?
A3:In the process of longitudinal shear production, surface scratches always occur before winding. There are three schemes for different materials, thickness and width of finished products.
     
       1. For materials with thickness less than 0.1 mm and width less than 20 mm, slip friction and micro-tension winding are usually adopted directly after longitudinal shear.
     
       2. For materials with thickness > 0.1mm product width > 20mm surface hardness but no scratch on the surface, belt tension machine is usually used to generate winding tension after longitudinal shearing.
   
        3. For materials with thickness less than 0.1 mm, 150 mm > finished product width > 50 mm and surface hardness less, the winding tension is usually controlled by multi-axis sliding friction dance bar after longitudinal shear.

Q4:For thick and soft metal strips, such as O-state pure aluminium with thickness of 1mm~4mm, scratches are absolutely not allowed on the surface of finished strips, and the width is not more than 20mm. Can you make the required longitudinal shear lines?
